Jasmine Qiang, Library Director

Jasmine combines her classical violinist upbringing with her love of video game music through various orchestral, chamber, and jazz ensembles. Hailing from San Diego, she first ventured into VGM as a member and eventual co-president of The Intermission Orchestra at UC San Diego, where she organized concerts with music ranging from Skyrim to Cuphead. She has also arranged music for a variety of ensembles and settings, and frequents VGM jazz jams in addition to her role in Press Start Orchestra. Her favorite games include Hollow Knight, Baldur's Gate III, and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
